Lake Toba

Lake Toba is a volcanic lake that became one of the most calm and quiet that can be visited by people. Lake with a length of 100 kilometers and 30 kilometers wide is located in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. And is the largest lake in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. In the middle of this lake there is a volcanic island called Samosir Island.

Lake Toba explosion occurred because about 73000-75000 years ago and an eruption (super volcano) the most recent.
Volcanic dust in the wind has spread to half the earth, from China to South Africa. The explosion occurred during a week and throw the dust up to 10 km above sea level.

But now Lake Toba was not terrible anymore, because now the lake has become one of the most interesting sights, especially in North Sumatra Indonesia, thus attracting local and foreign tourists.

      Further to your comments you put into this is blog, you share that our company provide you a super bad services and bossy, and according to our reservations notes and record you never take a package tour yet from us and we did not received any payment from you.

      How come you finally mentioned that or company provide a super bad services and bossy, while you never use our company for your trip. How come you brave to make statement that the food not good while it you never eat or taste it ?

      We ask for you to revoke your statement and publish a apology to our management and if you don't heed to our statement, then we will take legal actions.

      1. We will make a report to the Malaysian police station, that you have polluted our company Tiara Tours Indonesia
      2. We demand that you pay MYR 50,000,000 to clean up the good name of the Tiara Tours Indonesia company
      3. We will send Indonesian Police and our Lawyers to arrest you on arrival at Kualanamu International Airport or Silangit International Airport

If you have use our services not the same facilities that we offer in contract then you can blame us or you make report to Malaysia Touris Office of Indonesia Touris Office.     From my experience contacting with Tiara tours, i don't feel like they show a respect to their customer. They didn't answering politely to customer's questions. This is my feeling and i would like to share an opinion here.
